The importance of great user experience in the consumer world is unquestionable. Now, thanks to consumerization, we can’t neglect it even in b2b. So UX is unavoidable 🙂 Jirka and Jakub will give you a short introduction into ROI of UX and into best practices of integration of UX into Agile.
Jirka and Jakub spent the last 4 years at GoodData Corporation. Jirka is currently a VP of Product Engineering and Jakub is a sr. director, responsible for UX and new product development. Before GoodData, they worked together for AVG Technologies and Sun Microsystems. They are both pioneers of UX in the Czech Republic, with over 15 years of experience in this field.
